Research and Consulting for Post-Growth Transitions

We are facing ecological, social and economic crises that cannot be solved within growth-dependent business models. Meaningful change requires rethinking how organisations are owned, governed, and how they create value. I support organisations, consultants and initiatives that seek alternatives to conventional growth-oriented models. My work focuses on governance innovation, steward-ownership, collective and small-scale production models, and participatory approaches to sustainability transitions.

My background in fashion design, tailoring and textile work gives me a deep understanding of materiality, production processes and craft-based systems. This practical foundation informs my research into alternative production and value creation models.
